Who we are
This website is run by Silverfox Management Pty Ltd (ABN 18 607 545 228), a registered builder in Victoria, Australia. Our office is at 33 Marshall St, Flemington VIC 3031.

What the enquiry form collects
The form on our contact page asks for:
- your name
- your company
- your email address
- your phone number
- the type of project
- where the project is
- how you heard about us
- your message
You choose what to fill in, but we need an email address or phone number to reply. We also record the date your enquiry arrived.
Why we collect it
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry, to talk with you about your project and, if you ask, to prepare a price or proposal. We keep a record of enquiries so we can follow them up and see which ones became projects. The question about how you heard about us tells us which websites, searches and referrals bring people to us.
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Where it is stored
When you send the form, your enquiry goes to two places at once: our own enquiry register, which runs on Cloudflare and keeps it in our Microsoft 365 records, and Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form delivery service that passes it to our email. Our email and business records are held in Microsoft 365. Only Silverfox staff who deal with enquiries can see them.
To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person rather than a program is sending it. It works from technical details your browser sends, such as your IP address, and Cloudflare uses them only to tell people from bots. Most visitors never see it; now and then it asks for a click.
If the form cannot be sent, your device offers to open an email to us instead, and that email reaches the same inbox.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read and which websites send visitors to us. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. This website does not set cookies of its own.
Cloudflare also hosts this website, and like any web host it handles the technical details your browser sends when it loads a page, such as your IP address.
Who we share it with
Apart from the services named above, which handle your information only to deliver and store it for us, we do not share your information with anyone else unless you agree to it (for example, if you ask us to pass your details to a consultant working on your project) or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for three months and then delete them. If your enquiry becomes a project, it becomes part of the project file and is kept for as long as we keep that file.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@silverfoxmanagement.net and tell us what you would like. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
