Silverfox Management is a registered builder and construction manager with a Bendigo office, delivering aged care, commercial, industrial and residential projects across Greater Bendigo and Central Victoria, from Ballarat to Echuca. Registered with the Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC, formerly the VBA) as CDB-U 67999 and CCB-L 100461, a member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria, with a registered architect and interior designer in house.
Central Victoria is home ground for Silverfox. We run Bendigo-region projects from our Bendigo office with the same small, senior team that delivers our Melbourne work, so a regional client gets director attention rather than a satellite crew.
We take on the roles that suit the project: builder under a lump sum or design and construct contract, construction manager, or independent superintendent representing the owner. For regional aged care providers, agribusiness and industrial operators and private developers, that flexibility means one team from feasibility and planning through to commissioning.
Recent Central Victorian work includes the Bendigo Organics processing facility at Huntly, designed in house and delivered by Silverfox as builder, residential work at Axe Creek and Kilmore, and aged care and independent living projects for regional and metropolitan providers.
