Design
We deliver design services through our in-house registered architect, who takes a project from first concept, through town planning, to full construction documentation. Because Silverfox also builds, the documentation is prepared with the sequence and the cost of construction already understood.

Town planning and sub-divisions
Before you commit to a site it pays to know what it will actually allow. We test what can go on it, get the planning permit, and handle the sub-division if there is one. The same people then design and build it.

Design and construct
One contract covering the design and the build. You are not refereeing between an architect and a builder when something does not line up on site, and there is nobody for us to blame but ourselves.

Client-side project management
We sit on your side of the table. Feasibility, the numbers, the consultants, the permits, then keeping the builder honest through to handover. We have been the builder, so we know where the money and the time actually go.

Superintendency
Someone has to assess the claims, price the variations and rule on extensions of time. We do that on aged care and retail developments, and we do it the same way whether the answer suits the builder or the client.

Interior design and procurement
Our interior designer specialises in aged care and institutional fit out. Selections and finishes first, then the unglamorous half: ordering it, tracking it, and getting it installed before the doors open.
