Silverfox Management is a Victorian registered builder and construction manager that delivers residential aged care and independent living projects across Greater Melbourne and Central Victoria, as client-side project manager, superintendent, designer or builder. Its aged care work includes the 90 bed extension of AdventCare Whitehorse at Nunawading, which took the home to 182 beds, and the Granite Hills facility for Euroa Health, 75 beds in 2017 and 85 beds since its 2024 addition.
An aged care development is a building project wrapped around an operating business, a funding model and a regulator. Silverfox works for the provider in whichever seat the project needs: client-side project manager from masterplan to commissioning, independent superintendent administering the building contract, designer of independent living units, and builder of independent living units and refurbishments.
Interior design and FF&E procurement sit in the same team. Our interior designer specialises in aged care and institutional fit out, so the finishes selections, the loose furniture and the delivery logistics are planned against the construction programme rather than after it.
Most aged care work happens on a campus with residents in it. The construction methodology has to answer resident safety first: infection control between the site and the home, fire separation maintained at every stage, noise and vibration windows, and one point of contact between the site manager and the director of nursing.

Granite Hills, Euroa. Superintendent for Euroa Health on a new 75 bed single storey residential aged care facility with a bar, salon, library, cinema and chapel, where final mile design management held cost to the stakeholders' expectations. $15M, completed December 2017. Silverfox returned for the 10 bed unit added in 2024 (architect DeNova Group), which took the home to 85 beds.

The client-side project manager. That seat owns the masterplan, the approvals sequence, the authority infrastructure and the alignment of construction with the provider's funding and accreditation milestones. The provider needs at least one party independent of the builder and answerable only to the provider.
