MANAGING DIRECTOR
Stuart King
With nearly forty years in the construction industry, Stuart has worked alongside some of Melbourne’s most respected building firms and has gained expertise across almost every facet of the construction process. He established Silverfox Management in 2013 and has spent the past decade specialising in client-side project management, driving projects from inception through feasibility, masterplanning and approvals to completion. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Building and Construction, leads the business and remains involved in every project.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Tim King
With over two decades in the commercial construction sector, Tim brings deep and diverse construction knowledge to the team, with an eye for detail that keeps projects on budget and on time. He also runs design management on our design and construct work, coordinating the architect, engineers and specialist consultants so problems get resolved on the drawings rather than on site. On Bendigo Organics at Huntly he managed the design alongside the head contract build, holding the plant’s process requirements and the tunnel structures together from documentation through to construction.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Andrew King
Andrew's experience covers construction project management on and off site, across Melbourne's tier-two builders in all areas of commercial construction. Andrew leads all site labour management and on-site activities across our projects.
ARCHITECT · DESIGN & SUPERINTENDENCY
Nick Hughes
As a registered architect, Nick brings extensive expertise in design and consultant management, which strengthens our construction operations and underpins our design and construct work. He also leads the company’s client-side services, acting as superintendent and lead consultant on a range of large commercial projects.
INTERIOR DESIGN & PROCUREMENT
Louise Cain
Louise brings interior design expertise to the team, specialising in aged care and institutional interiors and fit out. She manages FF&E procurement across our projects, including selections, delivery and installation, and manages contract letting and procurement.
