THE PROJECT

Granite Hills is a new 90 bed residential aged care facility that expands the capacity of Euroa Health, delivered as a single storey building with a full suite of resident amenities.

The facility includes a bar, salon, library, cinema and chapel. With cost management a key expectation of the stakeholders, Silverfox used final mile design management to hold the budget while lifting the quality of the finished building.
