THE PROJECT
Granite Hills is a new 75 bed residential aged care facility that expanded the capacity of Euroa Health, completed in December 2017 as a single storey building with a full suite of resident amenities. Silverfox returned for the 10 bed unit added in 2024, which took the home to 85 beds.
The facility includes a bar, salon, library, cinema and chapel. With cost management a key expectation of the stakeholders, Silverfox used final mile design management to hold the budget while lifting the quality of the finished building.
