THE PROJECT
Renovation and development of a Victorian era shop and dwelling, providing retail space and three apartments, together with construction of an architecturally designed townhouse at the rear of the site.
As well as building the works, Silverfox completed the design and compliance work required to bring the heritage building up to current standards, and carried out all interior design, material and finishes selections.
