THE PROJECT

Silverfox provided comprehensive client-side project management for the construction of a new 120 bed aged care facility in Whitehorse, overseeing the project from inception through to completion.

The engagement ran from early planning to commissioning and took in the sub-division works and the power authority infrastructure upgrades the development required, along with the interior fit-out specifications and the procurement of FF&E and loose furniture.
