THE PROJECT

Silverfox provided comprehensive client-side project management for the redevelopment of AdventCare Whitehorse at Nunawading, a 90 bed extension and new front of house that took the home to 182 beds, overseeing the project from inception through to completion.

The engagement ran from early planning to commissioning and took in the sub-division works and the power authority infrastructure upgrades the development required, along with the interior fit-out specifications and the procurement of FF&E and loose furniture.
